Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted in special cases, including:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a garment that is torn, defective, or damaged, we will gladly accept a return and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product that is different from what you ordered, we will accept a return and provide the correct product.
Order Cancellations:
If you place an order and need to cancel it, contact us at support@fauxin.in within 12 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order won’t be cancelled.
