Thank you for choosing Fauxin. We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. This Return Policy explains our guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Exchanges
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand business model, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style. All our products are made on demand, specifically for each customer’s order, and cannot be exchanged for a different variant. We encourage you to review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in special cases, including:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a garment that is torn, defective, or damaged, we will gladly accept a return and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product that is different from what you ordered, we will accept a return and provide the correct product.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team within two 2 days of receiving the product, providing the order number and a clear description of the issue. You can reach us via the “Contact” page.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Return Evaluation and Resolution
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. We will then take appropriate action, which may include:

Replacing the item with a new one if it is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect
Refunding the original purchase price, including any shipping charges, to the original payment method or F-Wallet if a replacement is not available or desired.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within one week after approval of the return. The refund will be issued to the F-Wallet of the user account or the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellation
If you place an order and need to cancel it, you have to contact us at support@fauxin.in within 12 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order won’t be cancelled.

Partial Cash On Delivery

Upon placing an order, a partial fee of 20% of the product total and COD fees are required to confirm the purchase. This fee covers cash on delivery and processing charges, and it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Its purpose is to secure the order and initiate the process for delivery.

The remaining amount for your order is to be paid in cash at the time of delivery. It is essential that customers collect their orders and complete the payment in cash during the delivery process.

In the event that an order is not collected or the customer refuses delivery for any reason, the non-refundable processing and COD fee will be utilized for the reshipping of the order back to our warehouse. It is important to note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that the order is collected as per the agreed terms.

It is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to the terms of this policy, ensuring order collection and payment at the time of delivery. We advise our customers to thoroughly review and understand this policy to avoid any inconvenience.

Not Collecting Your Order

If a customer does not pick up their order during the time of delivery, the courier service will make additional attempts. However, if the customer still does not pick up the order, we will deduct 20% of the total amount paid and refund the remaining balance to the user’s F-Wallet in their account. The refund will be initiated once we receive the parcel back at our office.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our return guidelines.
